Is VoltCoach made by Tesla or Rivian?

No. It is an unofficial community app. For vehicle problems, contact Tesla or Rivian service, or use their apps.

Where is my data stored?

Your vehicles, inspections, photos, documents and logs stay on your device. If you turn on family sharing, the shared items sync through your iCloud account. See the privacy policy.

How do I delete my data?

Delete a vehicle or document inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything stored on the device. If you shared a garage, remove yourself or stop sharing from Settings first.

Why can't I see a Tesla delivery tracker for my Rivian?

The delivery tracker is Tesla only for now.

A shop link or price looks wrong.

Prices and availability change at the store. Send us the product name and we'll check it.
